Directions
- 1Place sliced tofu in microwave safe dish
- 2Crack two eggs on each side of tofu & lightly hand scramble
- 3Pour/ladle tomato sauce over tofu
- 4Sprinkle cheese over everything
- 5Microwave for 3 minutes or air fry
