2 Maggi cakes
3 cups water
1 Maggi masala sachet
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
0.5 tsp veg stock powder or chicken bullion powder

100 grams paneer
0.5 packet mushroom
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 satche Maggi masala
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp spring onion whites
1 spring onion greens
1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbs hot sesame seed oil

Tips
Boil Maggi and water without any masala or spices.
Once the Maggie is cooked, remove it from water.
Then we’ll make broth out of the leftover water. Add the Maggi masala, soya sauce and chilli sauce and simmer for two minutes.
Sauté all the veggies with soya sauce, salt, and pepper, including the Paneer.
In a heat proof bowl, add sesame seeds, spring onion, greens, and whites, garlic, chilli flakes, Maggi masala. Pour some hot oil over it.
Add the boiled Maggi in the bowl and mix well.
In a seperate bowl, add the broth followed by the Maggi. Add all the vegetable toppings along with the Paneer and serve it with the garnish of spring onion, green sesame seeds, and chilli oil.
