Maggi Ramen

Directions

  1. 1Boil the noodles in a pot of water.
  2. 2Cut the bok choy.
  3. 3Slice the mushrooms.
  4. 4Slice the paneer.
  5. 5Add the paneer to a pan with oil and sauce.
  6. 6Cook the paneer.
  7. 7Add the bok choy to a pan and add seasoning.
  8. 8Add the sliced carrots to a pan.
  9. 9Cook the carrots.
  10. 10Add the mushrooms to a pan.
  11. 11Cook the mushrooms.
  12. 12Cook the noodles with seasoning.
  13. 13Add garlic.
  14. 14Add onions.
  15. 15Add spring onions.
  16. 16Add the ingredients to a bowl and add oil.
  17. 17Add the noodles.
  18. 18Add broth to a bowl and mix the ingredients.
  19. 19Add the carrots, mushrooms, bok choy, and paneer to the bowl.

  • 2 Maggi cakes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 Maggi masala sachet
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 0.5 tsp veg stock powder or chicken bullion powder
  • sliced carrots
  • bok choy
  • spring onion whites
  • 100 grams paneer
  • 0.5 packet mushroom
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 satche Maggi masala
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp spring onion whites
  • 1 spring onion greens
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • chilli sauce
  • 2 tbs hot sesame seed oil
  • sesame seed for garnish
  • spring onion greens for garnish
  • chilli oil for garnish

Tips

  • Boil Maggi and water without any masala or spices.
  • Once the Maggie is cooked, remove it from water.
  • Then we’ll make broth out of the leftover water. Add the Maggi masala, soya sauce and chilli sauce and simmer for two minutes.
  • Sauté all the veggies with soya sauce, salt, and pepper, including the Paneer.
  • In a heat proof bowl, add sesame seeds, spring onion, greens, and whites, garlic, chilli flakes, Maggi masala. Pour some hot oil over it.
  • Add the boiled Maggi in the bowl and mix well.
  • In a seperate bowl, add the broth followed by the Maggi. Add all the vegetable toppings along with the Paneer and serve it with the garnish of spring onion, green sesame seeds, and chilli oil.
