Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Directions
- 1Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds.
- 2Make some cuts in the pumpkin.
- 3Place the pumpkin in a tray.
- 4Cut the onions, garlic and carrots.
- 5Add the vegetables in the tray with the pumpkin.
- 6Add salt, ginger powder, paprika, pepper and thyme.
- 7Add olive oil and put the tray in the oven for one hour.
- 8Fry the bacon and let it cool.
- 9Scoop out the pumpkin and all the vegetables and put them in a pot.
- 10Add 300ml chicken soup (or water) and a spoon of heavy cream.
- 11Season with salt.
- 12Puree everything with a blender.
- 13Add 50ml cooking cream and mix.
- 14Prepare a cheddar cheese sandwich.

- 2 linguri smantana
- 50 ml smantana lichida pentru gatit (optional)
