Smash Potatoes
Directions
- 1Boil the potatoes until soft.
- 2Cut the potatoes in half.
- 3Place shredded cheese on a baking sheet.
- 4Drizzle olive oil over the cheese.
- 5Place the halved potatoes on top of the cheese.
- 6Smash the potatoes down with a glass.
- 7Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on the potatoes.
- 8Drizzle a little olive oil on top of each potato.
- 9Add more shredded cheese on top.
- 10Bake at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, until golden crispy.
- 11Let them cool off.

- 4 petite gold potatoes
- 1 bottle olive oil
- 1 bowl shredded cheese
- 1 sprinkle salt
- 1 sprinkle pepper
- 1 sprinkle garlic powder
- 1 sprinkle paprika
- 1 small bowl ranch dipping sauce
