Instant Crispy Paneer Jowar Dosa

Directions

  1. 1Add jowar flour to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add rice flour to the bowl.
  3. 3Finely chop the onion.
  4. 4Chop the green chili.
  5. 5Chop the coriander leaves.
  6. 6Add chopped green chili, chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl with flours.
  7. 7Grate ginger into the bowl.
  8. 8Add water to the ingredients in the bowl.
  9. 9Whisk all ingredients together to form a batter.
  10. 10Grate carrots.
  11. 11Add grated carrot to the batter.
  12. 12Add cumin to the batter.
  13. 13Add flax seeds to the batter.
  14. 14Add turmeric and salt to the batter.
  15. 15Mix all ingredients well to make a watery batter consistency.
  16. 16Pour the batter onto a hot, greased tawa.
  17. 17Spread the batter evenly on the tawa.
  18. 18Drizzle oil around the dosa.
  19. 19Grate paneer over the cooking dosa.
  20. 20Flip the dosa to cook the other side.
  21. 21Remove the cooked dosa from the tawa.
  22. 22Serve the dosa on a plate with chutney.
