Brown Butter Hot Chocolate

Directions
- 1Brown the butter in a pan on a low to medium flame while stirring constantly to ensure it does not burn.
- 2Add the milk to the browned butter and stir.
- 3Whisk in the cocoa powder to prevent any lumps.
- 4Add the chopped dark chocolate and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- 5Mix in a pinch of cinnamon powder if desired.
- 6Pour the hot chocolate into a cup and enjoy.
