Finnish Salmon Soup

Directions
- 1Peel and slice the carrot.
- 2Slice the leek.
- 3Melt the butter in the pot.
- 4Add carrots and leeks to the pot and stir.
- 5Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters.
- 6Add the potatoes and broth to the pot and stir.
- 7Season with bay leaf, salt, and black pepper.
- 8Cut the salmon into cubes.
- 9Add the salmon to the pot and stir.
- 10Add cream to the pot.
- 11Chop the dill.
- 12Add dill to the pot and stir.
- 13Serve the soup and add a squeeze of lemon.
