  1. 1Combine cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, fine minced shallot, minced garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients together.
  3. 3Place the mixture in your baking dish.
  4. 4Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. 5Smash or blend the baked mixture.
