Potato Wedges

Directions

  1. 1Add the potatoes to a pot with salt.
  2. 2Pour in boiling water.
  3. 3Cook the potatoes for seven minutes until they're a bit soft.
  4. 4Put the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, mixing gently.
  5. 5Add breadcrumbs, cornstarch, and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. 6Mix to coat the potatoes well.
  7. 7Season with dried parsley, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  8. 8Add chopped cilantro.
  9. 9Mix everything one last time.
  10. 10Spread the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not too close to each other.
  11. 11Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
