Directions

  1. 1Brown hamburger meat and onions, then drain.
  2. 2Add Hunt's tomato sauce and simmer.
  3. 3Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  5. 5In a bowl, mix together sour cream, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. 6Add the cooked noodles to the sour cream mixture and stir to combine.
  7. 7Layer half of the meat sauce in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  8. 8Add half of the noodle mixture on top of the meat sauce.
  9. 9Top with remaining meat sauce, then the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. 10Add the remaining noodle mixture and top with more mozzarella cheese.
  11. 11Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, then broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
