Directions
- 1Brown hamburger meat and onions, then drain.
- 2Add Hunt's tomato sauce and simmer.
- 3Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 4Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- 5In a bowl, mix together sour cream, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- 6Add the cooked noodles to the sour cream mixture and stir to combine.
- 7Layer half of the meat sauce in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 8Add half of the noodle mixture on top of the meat sauce.
- 9Top with remaining meat sauce, then the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 10Add the remaining noodle mixture and top with more mozzarella cheese.
- 11Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, then broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
