Directions

  1. 1Add the grape tomatoes to a baking dish.
  2. 2Drizzle generously with olive oil, enough to coat the bottom of the dish.
  3. 3Season with parsley.
  4. 4Season with salt.
  5. 5Season with red pepper flakes and garlic.
  6. 6Mix the ingredients in the baking dish.
  7. 7Slice a French bread baguette.
  8. 8Prepare the garlic butter by adding garlic to melted butter.
  9. 9Add oregano to the garlic butter.
  10. 10Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the sliced baguette pieces.
  11. 11Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  12. 12Bake the tomatoes and the bread in the oven at 425°F for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and the bread is golden.
  13. 13Once the tomatoes are out of the oven, top with Parmesan.
  14. 14Add fresh basil.
  15. 15Add burrata.
  16. 16Stir all the ingredients together.
  17. 17Serve with crispy garlic crostinis on the side.
