Directions

  1. 1Cream together softened butter and both sugars.
  2. 2Mix in one egg yolk and vanilla.
  3. 3Fold in plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
  4. 4Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5Separate into two ramekins and sprinkle with more chocolate chips.
  6. 6Air fry for about 10 minutes at 160C until the top is golden brown.
  7. 7Let them cool slightly because they'll be super hot.

  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 40 g light brown sugar
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 g plain flour
  • 0.25 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 60 g chocolate chips
