Pour ⅔ of the goo into an 8x8 pan.

Heat the pan with goo in a 450°F oven until it starts to bubble (4 5 minutes).

Reserve the remaining goo.

Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.

Add buttermilk and vanilla to the dry ingredients; stir just until combined (thick and lumpy is good).

Pour the biscuit batter over the hot goo in the pan (do not stir).

Drizzle the remaining goo on top of the biscuit batter and gently swirl.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the top.

Score the mixture into 9 squares.

Bake for 20 26 minutes, rotating once, until golden and bubbling.

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth to make the glaze.
