Combine apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and water in a pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Add brown sugar and hot sauce to the boiling mixture.

Season with ground mustard, salt, paprika, garlic, and plenty of red pepper flakes.

Bring to a boil for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Transfer the sauce to a jar.

0.25 cup rice vinegar
0.5 cup water
0.5 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup hot sauce
ground mustard
salt
paprika
garlic
red pepper flakes

The sauce will keep good for a week when transferred to a jar.
