Directions

  1. 1Put Oreo cookies into a blender and blend until finely crushed.
  2. 2Pour the crushed Oreo cookies into a glass bowl.
  3. 3Add milk to the crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. 4Whisk the mixture until well combined and smooth.
  5. 5Add baking soda to the mixture and whisk again until fully incorporated.
  6. 6Pour half of the batter into a cup.
  7. 7Place two pieces of chocolate into the cup with the batter.
  8. 8Pour the remaining batter over the chocolate pieces.
  9. 9Place another two pieces of chocolate on top of the batter.
  10. 10Place a metal stand in a pan.
  11. 11Place the cup on the metal stand in the pan.
  12. 12Cover the pan with a lid.
  13. 13Remove the cup from the pan once the cake is cooked.
  14. 14Pour chocolate syrup over the cooked cup cake.
  15. 15Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the chocolate syrup.
