Directions

  1. 1Cook the 93/7 ground beef with 1.5 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 tbsp paprika, chopping it up.
  2. 2Air fry 20 oz of russet potatoes seasoned with 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and pepper at 400° for 22 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. 3Prepare the spread by mixing 120g light mayo, 100g non fat plain greek yogurt, 40g zero sugar ketchup, 20g mustard, 2g garlic powder, 2g onion powder, 1 tsp white vinegar, 4 chopped pickle chips (or dill relish), and 1/4 tsp salt.
  4. 4Spread one whole bag of fat-free cheddar cheese over the cooked beef and potatoes.
  5. 5Add desired amounts of onions, shredded lettuce, and pickles.
  6. 6Add 4 cherry tomatoes per serving.
  7. 7Transfer the prepared meal into containers for meal prep.

Tips
