Cut the paneer into small cubes.

Place the paneer cubes in a bowl and mash them.

Add chopped cilantro, green onions, and salt, then mix.

Melt butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, red chili, bay leaf, cloves, and black pepper.

Add chopped red onions and saute until softened.

Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, and garlic.

Add cashews, almonds, and cinnamon.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Stir in water and simmer until thickened.

Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.

Stuff the paneer cubes with the mixture.

Fry the stuffed paneer cubes until golden brown.

Heat the blended mixture in a pan and add dried herbs.

Serve the stuffed paneer cubes with the sauce and naan bread.

1 small cinnamon stick

2 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger
6 cloves garlic
1 handful cashews
1 handful almonds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 cup water
1 tsp dried herbs
