Directions

  1. 1Slice the chicken breast into strips.
  2. 2Pour plain flour and cornflour into a bowl.
  3. 3Crack an egg into another bowl and beat it.
  4. 4Add onion powder, oregano, basil, mustard powder, ginger, onion powder, thyme, white pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to the flour mixture.
  5. 5Add garlic powder to the spice mix.
  6. 6Mix the flour and spices together.
  7. 7Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
  8. 8Dip the floured chicken into the beaten egg.
  9. 9Coat the chicken again in the flour mixture.
  10. 10Place the coated chicken into an air fryer.
  11. 11Spray the chicken with oil.
  12. 12Air fry the chicken at 180 degrees Celsius for about 16 minutes.
  13. 13For the supercharger sauce, mix low fat mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
  14. 14Mix the sauce ingredients together.
  15. 15Add some mustard to the sauce (if you didn't have mustard powder earlier).
  16. 16Spread the supercharger sauce onto a tortilla wrap.
  17. 17Add lettuce on top of the sauce.
  18. 18Place the crispy chicken on the lettuce.
  19. 19Drizzle more sauce over the chicken.
  20. 20Wrap it up and enjoy.

  • 40 g low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Tips

  • If you don't have mustard powder, use regular mustard.
  • Make sure to add the herbs to the chicken coating, even if you forget initially.
