Cubano Sandwich
Directions
- 1Split the soft roll in half.
- 2Spread mustard on both halves of the roll.
- 3Layer grilled ham slices on the mustard.
- 4Add slices of swiss cheese.
- 5Top with roasted pork.
- 6Add dill pickle slices.
- 7Layer more swiss cheese on top.
- 8Combine both halves of the roll.
- 9Place the sandwich on a cast iron pan on a griddle and press it down to flatten and cook.
- 10Cut in half and serve.

- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 slices grilled ham
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 100 grams roasted pork
- 2 slices dill pickles
