In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Gradually add 1 cup of water while mixing the dry ingredients with your hands.

Add 2 tablespoons of water if needed to form a soft dough.

Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Roll out each dough ball into thin circles.

Brush each circle with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Fold each circle in half to form a semi-circle.

Cut each semi-circle into triangles.

Heat a flat griddle or frying pan and cook the triangles until golden brown.

Stack the cooked triangles on a plate, and the sambuus are ready.
