- 6Mix the ingredients in the separate bowl.
- 7Make holes in the baked cake.
- 8Fill the holes with caramel sauce.
- 9Spread cream cheese frosting over the cake.
- 10Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the frosting.
- 11Swirl the caramel sauce into the frosting.
- 12Add mini gingerbread men cookies on top for decoration.
