1Combine potato flakes, salt, pepper, and butter in a jar. Heat milk and pour it into the jar with the potato flakes, stir well, and let rest for two minutes.
2Add the crushed bagged potato chips to the mashed potatoes and mix well to keep small crispy potato pieces.
3Mix the cut tetilla cheese with a generous amount of sriracha.
4Form potato balls from the mash, flatten them, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the middle, and close the ball carefully.
5Dip the potato ball into the beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs.
6Place the balls in an air fryer, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, and cook for nine minutes at 180 degrees.

Tips
If you don't have tetilla cheese, use the creamiest cheese you can find.
You can use any hot sauce you like instead of sriracha.
If you don't have breadcrumbs, you can use crushed bread.
