Creamy Cherry Popsicles
Directions
- 1Stem 10 oz cherries.
- 2Pit cherries.
- 3Combine cherries with 1/4 C coconut water.
- 4Blend until smooth.
- 5Combine 1 C heavy cream, 3 Tb honey, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- 6Whip until stiff peaks.
- 7Pick out a mold.
- 8Alternate layering 1 Tb cream mixture then 1 Tb cherry mixture until full.
- 9Freeze 6 hours.
- 10Enjoy!
