1Start by salting a farm pig chop finely on each side.
2Coat the pig chop in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, then egg again, and finally breadcrumbs.
3Place the breaded pig chop on a small grid in the Air Fryer.
4Cook the pig chop in the Air Fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes.
5While the pig chop is cooking, prepare the Tonkatsu sauce by mixing ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mirin or rice vinegar, maple syrup or honey, and soy sauce.
6Prepare the condiment by taking an onion and massaging it thoroughly with Chinese cabbage.
7Mix the cabbage and onion with mayonnaise and curry powder.
8Toast your bread.
9Assemble the Katsu Sando by placing the Tonkatsu sauce on the bread.
10Add the salad and the cabbage and onion condiment.
11Add the cooked pig chop.
12Cover with another slice of bread and cut.

Tips
Use a Ninja Air Fryer for cooking the pork chop for 20 minutes at 200°C.
The Tonkatsu sauce can be homemade and takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Massage the onion with Chinese cabbage for the condiment.
Toast the bread as desired (sandwich bread or shokupan).
