Directions

  1. 1Make the crust using flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and oil or butter in a food processor.
  2. 2Let the crust sit to rise.
  3. 3Mince turkey in food processor.
  4. 4Flatten pizza dough on a pan.
  5. 5Add tomato sauce.
  6. 6Spread sauce well.
  7. 7Add mozzarella cheese.
  8. 8Add minced turkey.
  9. 9Add bell peppers.
  10. 10Add yaji spice.
  11. 11Add mozzarella cheese.
  12. 12Preheat the oven.
  13. 13Bake pizza in oven for 25 minutes.

  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 0.75 cup water
  • tomato sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • turkey
  • 1 tbsp Yaji
  • bell peppers
