Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Spread pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
- 3Layer with tomato sauce, provolone, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella, leaving a 2-inch border.
- 4Roll up the dough and place seam-side down.
- 5Brush with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
- 6Garnish with Italian seasoning.
- 7Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 8Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
