Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Spread pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
  3. 3Layer with tomato sauce, provolone, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella, leaving a 2-inch border.
  4. 4Roll up the dough and place seam-side down.
  5. 5Brush with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
  6. 6Garnish with Italian seasoning.
  7. 7Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. 8Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
