Savory Oven Crepes
Directions
- 1Add milk, eggs, sunflower oil, a little salt and very little sugar in a bowl.
- 2Mix well and add flour. Then mix again.
- 3Pour the crepe mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- 4Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- 5Add tomato sauce and spread evenly. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 6Add mozzarella, prosciutto, salami Milano, cherry tomatoes.
- 7Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 8Garnish with fresh basil.
- 9Cut into pieces.
