Directions
1
Starting off with one and a half cups of warm water.
2
Add about two tablespoons of honey into the warm water.
3
Mix the honey water.
4
Add one packet of instant yeast to three cups of bread flour.
5
Add one teaspoon of salt to the flour and yeast mixture.
6
Add the warm honey water to the dry ingredients.
7
Add a couple of tablespoons of oil (avocado, olive, or vegetable oil) to the mixture.
8
Mix the ingredients to form a soft and shaggy dough.
9
Cover the bowl with a lid and place it in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.
10
Perform stretch and folds on the risen dough by folding it over itself.
11
Pop the dough back into the microwave (off) to keep rising; repeat three sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes.
12
After an hour and a half of rising, take the dough out and place it on a floured surface.
13
Flatten the dough into a rectangular shape.
14
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the flattened dough.
15
Roll the dough inwards like a burrito.
16
Place the rolled dough into a greased and floured loaf pan.
17
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and let the dough rest in the pan while the oven preheats.
18
Score the top of the loaf.
19
Cover the loaf pan with a greased piece of foil, securing it on one side and creating a dome to allow room for the bread to rise.
20
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
21
Remove the foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
22
Slice the bread.
23
Spread butter on a slice of bread.
24
Enjoy your fluffy sandwich bread.
