1Mix salt, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, curry powder, and smoked paprika.
2Cut four chicken breasts into small cubes.
3Mix the seasoning with the chicken cubes.
4Add a drizzle of olive oil and two tablespoons of yogurt to the chicken and mix well.
5Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
6In a large pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and two tablespoons of unsalted butter and let it melt.
7Add one chopped onion, one finely minced jalapeño, one tablespoon of finely minced ginger, and one tablespoon of finely minced garlic and sauté until tender.
8Add the marinated chicken and sauté until fully cooked.
9Add one can of tomato sauce and mix well.
10Add 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream and mix again.
11Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
12Add a little bit more turmeric, curry powder, chili powder, and cinnamon.
13Mix the seasonings in really well, cover, and let it simmer on low heat for two more minutes.
14Serve with jasmine rice and naan bread with a garlic butter sauce on top.
