Directions

  1. 1Take ground meat and add sauteed onion with garlic, mushrooms, spices, and cooked rice.
  2. 2Place the mixture on cabbage leaves.
  3. 3Cut the cabbage leaves into strips.
  4. 4Turn the cabbage leaves vertically.
  5. 5Insert skewers.
  6. 6Cut into equal segments.
  7. 7Bake with tomato sauce for 30 minutes.

  • 1 pc cabbage
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 2 pc onion
  • 15 g garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 2 g salt
  • 100 g rice
  • 200 g tomato sauce
