Combine the fresh orange juice, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, dried Mexican oregano, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and achiote paste in a blender.

Blend all the ingredients for about 20 to 30 seconds until well combined and smooth.

Pour some of the marinade into the bottom of a glass baking dish.

Place one strip of skirt steak into the dish and rub it into the marinade.

Add more marinade and place the second strip of skirt steak, rubbing it into the marinade as well.

Cover the marinated steaks with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator to marinate.

0.25 c Fresh pineapple juice
0.5 c Lime juice
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
0.25 c Olive oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Granulated onion
1 tsp Dried Mexican oregano
0.5 tsp Ground cumin
2 tbsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Chili powder
3 tbsp Achiote paste
4 pounds Skirt steak

Tips
This marinade is a flavor bomb and is great on steaks, pork chops, and even hamburgers.
For a big batch, double the ingredients and add a little more liquid if desired.
