Directions

- 7Add the chopped herbs to the potatoes.
- 8Mix the potatoes and herbs thoroughly.
- 9Add yogurt to the mixture.
- 10Mix again until well combined.
- 11Add English mustard to the potato salad.
- 12Chop smokey bacon.
- 13Add the chopped smokey bacon to the salad.
- 14Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the salad.
