Directions

  1. 1Take the artichoke hearts from the jar.
  2. 2Wash the artichoke hearts.
  3. 3Cut the artichoke hearts into triangles.
  4. 4Add parsley to a bowl with the artichoke hearts.
  5. 5Smash garlic with salt in a wooden mortar.
  6. 6Add the garlic to the bowl with the artichoke hearts and parsley.
  7. 7Add olive oil, lemon juice, walnuts, and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
  8. 8Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  9. 9Chop the lettuce.
  10. 10Add lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to the lettuce.
  11. 11Place the lettuce in a serving dish.
  12. 12Add the artichoke hearts mixture on top of the lettuce.
