- 1Prepare your baked potato the usual way: smother it in oil and salt, then bake it in the oven until crispy and cooked through.
- 2Instead of slicing it down the middle, cut it into a star shape.
- 3Get the confit garlic, mix it with melted butter, parsley, and salt.
- 4Blend feta with lemon and more confit garlic.
- 5Stuff the potato with the feta mixture.
- 6Douse the potato in the gorgeous garlic butter mixture.
- 7Put it back in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes until it's bubbling and delicious.
