Dalgona Coffee
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
- 2Using a hand mixer, whip the ingredients until frothy.
- 3Fill a mason jar halfway with ice.
- 4Add almond milk to the jar.
- 5Pour the frothy coffee mixture on top of the almond milk.
- 6Stir and enjoy!
