Upside Down Apple Tarts

Directions
- 1Drizzle honey onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- 2Place a slab of butter on top of the honey.
- 3Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
- 4Add a generous amount of cinnamon.
- 5Arrange sliced apples neatly over the mixture.
- 6Cover the apples with a square of puff pastry.
- 7Brush the puff pastry with an egg wash.
- 8Repeat the process to create six individual tarts on the baking tray.
- 9Bake until golden brown and caramelised.
- 10Carefully remove the baked tart from the tray using a spatula.
- 11Flip the tart onto a plate, so the apples are on top.
