Directions

1Hassleback some small potatoes and make sure you don't slice all the way through.
2Combine the potatoes with some oil and seasoning.
3Space them out on a baking tray and then brush over any excess oil.
4Slice off the tip of the garlic, coat in oil, and then wrap in foil.
5Once the garlic is soft, sweet and sticky, squeeze it out and combine it with some butter, fresh parsley and seasoning.
6Spread the garlic butter mixture all over the crispy potatoes.
