Strawberry Rhubarb Milk Buns

Directions

- 8Mix all ingredients in the stand mixer until a dough forms.
- 9Cover the dough with a dish towel and let it rise.
- 10Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- 11Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
- 12Place the chopped rhubarb and strawberries into a cast iron skillet.
- 13Sprinkle white sugar and brown sugar over the fruit.
- 14Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit and sugar.
- 15Mix the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice in the skillet.
- 16Uncover the risen dough.
- 17Divide the dough into small, equal-sized pieces using a dough scraper.
- 18Roll each piece of dough into a small ball.
