Microwave Mug Cookie
Directions
- 1Start by melting the butter in a mug.
- 2Microwave the butter in 20 second bursts until melted.
- 3Stir until fully melted.
- 4Add both sugars and mix until combined.
- 5Add one egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix these in.
- 6Then fold in the heat treated flour.
- 7Mix until combined.
- 8Add chocolate chips to the mixture.
- 9Fold these through.
- 10Top with more chocolate chips.
- 11Microwave on a medium heat (500W) for around 40-50 seconds.
- 12Allow to cool for 1 minute.
- 13Serve warm.
- 14Enjoy!
