Brownie
Directions
- 1Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a bowl.
- 2Melt the chocolate and butter, then stir until combined.
- 3Add caster sugar and medium eggs to a separate bowl.
- 4Whisk the sugar and eggs until thick and fluffy.
- 5Add the melted chocolate mixture to the whisked eggs and fold until combined.
- 6Sift plain flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
- 7Fold until the flour and cocoa powder are combined.
- 8Add 250g of chocolate to the mixture and stir.
- 9Pour half of the brownie mixture into a prepared baking pan.
- 10Place white chocolate slabs on top of the mixture.
- 11Cover with the rest of the brownie mixture.
- 12Bake in the oven for 27 minutes.
- 13Cut the brownies into squares and serve.
