Directions
- 1Line 8 muffin cavities with paper liners.
- 2Melt chocolate and brush the bottom of the paper liners with it.
- 3Place the muffin tin in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
- 4Make the peanut butter filling by mixing peanut butter, honey, coconut flour, and salt.
- 5Place a spoonful of peanut butter filling in each cavity, on top of the chocolate layer.
- 6Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the filling.
- 7Place in the fridge until hardened (at least 1 hour).
- 8Remove from fridge and enjoy!

- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate
