Directions

  1. 1Cream together butter and brown sugar.
  2. 2Add eggs and beat.
  3. 3Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, flour, and oats; mix until stiff.
  4. 4Grease a cookie sheet.
  5. 5Drop cookie dough onto the cookie sheet using a cookie dropper.
  6. 6Dip a spoon in water and press down the cookies slightly.
  7. 7Bake until filling is ready.
  8. 8Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a rack.
  9. 9Once the cookies are cold, sandwich them together using cream.
