Grab one cup of oats and freeze them for about an hour.

Take the frozen oats out and put them in a blender cup with four cups of ice cold water.

Blend the mixture for about 20 seconds.

Grab a bowl, a cheesecloth, and a strainer.

Put the cloth over the strainer and then dump the blended mixture into it.

Pick up the cloth and strain out the liquid.

Add a pinch of salt and a tiny bit of vanilla extract to the strained liquid.

Give it all a mix.

Grab a container and pour the homemade oat milk into it.

Take the leftover mushy oats, put them on a pan, and spread them out flat.

Leave the oats out to dry for a couple of hours.

Once dry, put the oats in a blender cup and blend for about 30 seconds to make oat flour.

Tips
Freeze oats for about an hour before blending to prevent them from becoming slimy.
If you don't have a cheesecloth, you can use an old t-shirt.
Don't throw out the leftover mushy oats; they can be dried and blended to make oat flour.
