Spinach Artichoke Dip

Directions

  1. 1Melt a little bit of butter in a pan.
  2. 2Steam down the spinach in the pan until practically nothing.
  3. 3When the spinach is done, set it aside.
  4. 4Mince up a bunch of garlic.
  5. 5Put the minced garlic in a bowl.
  6. 6Drain the liquid out of the artichoke hearts.
  7. 7Roughly chop up some artichoke hearts and add them to the bowl with the garlic.
  8. 8Add sour cream and cream cheese to the bowl.
  9. 9Ring all the water content out of the spinach and put that into the bowl.
  10. 10Add shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
  11. 11Add a little bit more mozzarella for good measure.
  12. 12Season with white pepper, slappy mama seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  13. 13Put a little bit of avocado oil into a skillet.
  14. 14Put all the mixed ingredients into the skillet.
  15. 15Top with some more mozzarella cheese and some more red pepper flakes.
  16. 16Pop it in the oven to let it bake till it's bubbly.
