While the sausage is browning, cut up mushrooms, a little red onion, bell pepper, and some pepperoni.

Leave as much grease as possible in the pan to sauté the vegetables.
5
Drop all vegetables except the pepperoni into the pan.

Add plenty of minced garlic, basil, and Italian seasoning to the vegetables.
7
Let the vegetables sauté.
8
Prepare an assembly line with mozzarella cheese, Italian-style cheese, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and the cooked sausage and vegetables.

For the husband's low-carb pizza bowl, layer a bit of cheese at the bottom of a small aluminum pan.
10
Add a little sauce (heated up) and spread it out.
11
Place pepperoni on top of the sauce.
12
Put down some of the sautéed vegetables.

Layer with a little more sausage.
19
Finish with cheese on top.
20
Bake the husband's pizza bowl in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.

Add the cooked sausage.
