Amritsari Paneer Bhurji

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine curd with coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  2. 2In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add besan, kasuri methi, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Add the cooked besan mixture to the curd mixture and mix really well.
  4. 4In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. 6Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7Add the prepared besan mixture to the pan. Mix and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  8. 8Mash the paneer and add it to the mixture.
  9. 9Add fresh coriander and milk. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  10. 10Serve the Amritsari Paneer Bhurji with bread slices and salad.

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 pcs Green chillies
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 2 small sized Onion
  • 3 small sized Tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • Prepared besan dahi mixture
  • 350 grams Paneer
  • Fresh coriander
  • Milk
