Directions
- 1Brush the first cake layer with almond syrup.
- 2Spread almond cream cheese frosting on the first cake layer.
- 3Pipe a border of frosting around the edge of the cake layer.
- 4Spread raspberry jam inside the frosting border.
- 5Place the second cake layer on top.
- 6Brush the second cake layer with almond syrup.
- 7Spread almond cream cheese frosting on the second cake layer.
- 8Pipe a border of frosting around the edge of the cake layer.
- 9Spread raspberry jam inside the frosting border.
- 10Place the third cake layer on top.
- 11Brush the third cake layer with almond syrup.
- 12Frost the entire cake with almond cream cheese frosting.
- 13Decorate the sides of the cake with sliced almonds.
- 14Pipe swirls of frosting on top of the cake.
- 15Place fresh raspberries on top of each frosting swirl.
- 16Sprinkle shaved almonds in the center of the cake.
- 17Slice and serve the cake.
