Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2Mix 2 sticks of room temperature butter, brown sugar, regular sugar, vanilla, one egg, and one egg yolk until well combined and creamy.
- 3Add salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch. Mix well.
- 4Fold in corn flakes and chocolate chips.
- 5Scoop out 4 tablespoons of cookie dough for each of the 12 cookies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 6Top with marshmallows and extra cornflakes as needed.
- 7Bake for 14 minutes.
- 8Top with flaky sea salt (optional) and let cool.
