Directions
- 1Add diced onions to a pan.
- 2Add ground beef to the pan with onions and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- 3Add tomato paste to the beef and onion mixture.
- 4Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture.
- 5Mix the seasoning, tomato paste, beef, and onions well.
- 6Place shredded cheese on a tortilla.
- 7Add a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture on top of the cheese.
- 8Add more shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- 9Fold the tortilla in half to form a taco.
- 10Place the folded tacos into a pan to cook until crispy and golden brown.
- 11Flip the tacos to cook evenly on both sides.
