Baked Eggs With Crème Fraîche and Smoked Salmon

Directions

  1. 1Stir in some shallots and salt. Cook until very tender.
  2. 2Stir in some cream, crème fraîche, dill and lemon zest.
  3. 3Divide the mixture among your ramekins.
  4. 4Crack two eggs into each ramekin.
  5. 5Take these out just shy of when you want them.
  6. 6Put your smoked salmon on top, a little more dill and serve warm.

  • 1 shallots
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
